In addition to the Premium Conversion Plan, employers can also offer Flexible
Spending Accounts (FSA's) which can include a Health Care Reimbursement
Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Adoption Assistance
Reimbursement Account and a Private Insurance account. Through these accounts,
employees are able to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for Health Care,
Dependent Care, Adoption Assistance and Private Insurance expenses. Flexible
