Employer’s wishing to reduce the burden of tracking and collecting employee premiums while on a leave of absence will welcome Direct Billing administration. At Flexible Benefit Administrators, Inc., we understand that the administrative functions of billing participants for benefits can be a time-consuming and costly process. From the numerous phone calls with participants to the collection of and disbursement of premiums, the time and resources used in maintaining a plan with individual billing could be better spent.
