With our recent software update, Flexible Benefit Administrator Inc. (FBA), we will be moving to monthly reporting. Previously, we have provided weekly and daily reporting. This update will be in effect starting May 1st. The main goal is to alleviate the inconvenience of viewing numerous reports, some resulting in overlapping information, by transitioning our customers to a comprehensive report that includes all account activity throughout the month. This update will make the end of the month account reconciliation easier for our clients. Should your company require or request additional reports, i.e., weekly or semimonthly, these Adhoc reports can be generated, at cost. If that is needed, please contact your account manager directly.
All monthly reports will be uploaded and available within 5 to 7 business days from the end of the month. Reports will be uploaded to your company’s designated HIPAA-compliant SFTP sites. Please keep in mind that since these reports will be available online, you will need to know your SFTP site user ID and password to access and that these reports are available to administrator users. Please keep in mind that customers can only have one administrator ID. If your company possesses more than one administrator, then please be aware that it will be a shared login account. Our SFTP site is a multi-purpose portal with access to enrollments and reports from FBA that can be directly uploaded to you. If you do not have access to this feature, we suggest that you contact your administrator directly to access that information.
Many of you are already receiving automated daily benefits card settlement emails. If you are not currently set up to receive daily settlement emails, we encourage you to do so. If you need to sign up for daily settlement emails, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
