Hours of Operation Change Due to: COVID-19

FBA is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation very carefully, and we have been making preparations behind the scenes to minimize any impact on business operations. Due to continuing releases and updates made by federal, state, and local agencies, we have determined that further action will be necessary.

 As of March 18th, FBA’s operating hours will be changing to 9 am-3 pm ET. During these hours, our teams will be working in shifts to accommodate all of the needs and services of all of our clients and their participants.

 During the hours that FBA is not available, please feel free to send a message to one of the following emails for swiffer assistance in lieu of leaving a voicemail. If you must speak with a representative, please call our office between the hours of 11 am to 1 pm at 1-800-437-3539.

We will continue to monitor this situation and take action based on the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidance as needed. FBA will continue to keep you informed of any further actions or updates that are made.
