FBA is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation very carefully, and we have been making preparations behind the scenes to minimize any impact on business operations. Due to continuing releases and updates made by federal, state, and local agencies, we have determined that further action will be necessary.
As of March 18th, FBA’s operating hours will be changing to 9 am-3 pm ET. During these hours, our teams will be working in shifts to accommodate all of the needs and services of all of our clients and their participants.
